  • Dazzling Nights® takes place at the Pittsburgh Botanic Garden in Oakdale, Pennsylvania.

  • Dates: November 28, 2025 – January 3, 2026
    Entry Times: Timed entry begins at 5:00 PM. Select nights may close at different times.

    ⚠️ Important:

    • Final entry is 5 minutes after the last time slot of the night.

    • Parking lot entry closes at the last time slot.

    • Guests are kindly asked to arrive at the ticket entrance a little before or at the time of your time slot.

    • Late arrivals cannot be refunded or rescheduled. Please plan to arrive on time to enjoy the full experience.

  • Advance purchase of tickets online is required. Please note there are no physical or printed tickets and no box office on-site at the the event. All tickets are electronic. Once purchased, your e-ticket will be emailed to you and available in your Universe account. You can simply show your ticket on the phone to the attendant to be scanned prior to entering.

    Dazzling Nights® is cashless throughout your experience.

  • Tickets are $28-34.75 for adults and $25-$33.75 for children (prices listed include fees).

    Children 3 and under are free and do not need a ticket.

  • No. Children 3 years old or younger do not require an admission ticket. 

  • Yes, group rates are available for purchase online along with standard admission tickets.

    Due to high demand and limited spaces, oversized vehicles may not have a place to park. Buses & shuttles may drop off guests but must depart the Garden’s property immediately after.

  • If you are parking off-site, please plan to arrive at the parking lot 45 minutes prior to your time slot.

    If you are parking on site or have valet, please plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to your time slot.

    Guests are kindly asked to arrive at the ticket entrance within 10 minutes of the scheduled ticket time to ensure you scan your tickets at your designated timed entry.

  • It is very important that ticket holders are not late for their selected time slot. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee entry for late arrivals. Please arrive with plenty of time to park and check in for the event. Guests who arrive more than 5 minutes after the closing time slot will be refused entry and will not receive a refund.

  • Guests can choose from on-site and (subject to availability) as well as complimentary off-site parking with ADA-accessible shuttle service to Dazzling Nights®.

    Parking anywhere that’s not designated on-site, or in the designated areas for off-site parking could result in being towed.

    Please note, management is not responsible for fire, theft, damage, or loss of the vehicle or any article left within.

  • The drop-off & pick-up location will be in front of the entry arch where ticket entry is located. Parking staff will assist the driver in determining where to go.

  • Yes, in order to park on site at Dazzling Nights® you must purchase a parking pass online. There are no sales on the night of the show.

    Self-parking is $28.00 (inclusive of fees) plus tax. Off-site parking is complimentary.

  • If you’ve already purchased event tickets and would like to add an on-site or valet parking pass:

    1. Select the same date and entry time as your tickets.

    2. When ticket options appear, choose “On-site Parking” (subject to availability).

    3. Complete your purchase at checkout.

  • There is a limited amount of complimentary accessible parking spaces that will be provided, on-site, on a first-come, first-served basis, for vehicles with a valid disability parking placard or license plate. If you have a valid disability parking placard, please arrive at Dazzling Nights® with your pass displayed in your window for on-site complimentary parking.

  • Portions of Dazzling Nights® may be challenging for guests using a walker and/or wheelchair or who otherwise have a mobility/physical disability. Pathways may be paved, woodchip or fine gravel surface depending on location. You may encounter steps and/or slopes on certain pathways.

  • At this time, Pittsburgh Botanic Garden does not have wheelchairs, scooters or strollers available. Please arrive prepared.

  • Yes, you can dazzle your tastebuds with holiday-inspired nosh and nibbles along with tasty dessert options available for purchase at select locations throughout the event. Looking to light up the night even further? Check out our beverage locations for chilled and toasty seasonal (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) beverage selections. 

    Purchasing beer, wine, and spirits requires a 21+ valid photo I.D.

  • Guests are not permitted to bring outside food and beverages to Dazzling Nights®. We will have holiday-inspired nosh and nibbles along with tasty dessert options available for purchase at select locations throughout the event - along with our beverage locations with alcoholic and non-alcoholic chilled or toasty seasonal beverage selections. 

  • Yes, there will be merchandise available for purchase at select locations throughout the event.

  • Yes! Dazzling Nights® is recommended for guests of all ages.

  • Dazzling Nights® tickets are non refundable.

    If you are unable to attend the night you selected, you may however attempt to reschedule your tickets to another available night and time slot up to 48 hours of your scheduled event. Additional fees may apply.

  • If you are unable to attend the night or time slot you selected, you may attempt to reschedule your tickets to another available night and time slot up to 48 hours before your scheduled event. Additional fees may apply.

  • Please check your spam folder for an email from Universe. After you have completed an order, you may set up an account with Universe to view your tickets in your account Here.

  • Please dress appropriately and according to the weather. The event takes place at an outdoor botanical garden, where the ground and pathways may be frozen or uneven in some places.  

  • Dazzling Nights® is an outdoor event that will take place in the rain, or snow unless there are extreme weather conditions. Please check current weather conditions prior to your visit and dress appropriately.

    If conditions force a cancellation of the event, ticket holders will be notified via email or SMS the day of their event along with directions for no cost rescheduling. 

  • Dazzling Nights® is an immersive, walk-through experience filled with light, sound, and atmosphere. Along the way, you may encounter features such as strobe effects, fog and haze, laser projections, vibrant lighting displays, and festive music, all designed to create a magical holiday environment.

  • Yes. Restrooms are available on-site for all guests.

  • If you're interested in hosting a private event for a corporate party or a large group, please contact info@dazzlingpittsburgh.com

  • Absolutely! You’re more than welcome to propose at Dazzling Nights®. As honored as we are to be a part of your special night, we prohibit props or other items that will affect other guests’ experience. You are allowed to hire a photographer; however they will also be required to have a ticket for entry and will not be allowed to bring additional equipment other than a hand-held camera.

  • Yes, absolutely! Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other guests. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted. Please be sure to use the tag #memoiragency. 

    By purchasing a ticket and attending Dazzling Nights®, you consent to photography, audio, and video recording by the Creative City Project and the Memoir Agency. These recordings are the sole property of the Creative City Project and the Memoir Agency and may be used for any purpose without compensation.

  • Only service dogs are allowed at Dazzling Nights®; pets are prohibited. A service animal, as defined by the federal Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) is "any dog that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability." The ADA's definition of service animal states that an animal's provision of emotional support, well-being, comfort, or companionship does not constitute "work or tasks" that will make the animal a service animal and are therefore also prohibited at Dazzling Nights®. Service dogs must always remain on a leash or in a harness and under the control of the owner.

  • No outside food or drink.
    No weapons of any kind.
    No smoking or vaping of any kind.

Important Disclaimer: 
Dazzling Nights® is a nighttime walking experience through the Pittsburgh Botanic Garden. Attendees are urged to wear proper footwear and always remain attentive of the ground conditions and their surroundings as they enjoy their walk through the lights of Dazzling Nights®. Guests are encouraged to use flashlights (e.g. mobile phone flashlights or handheld flashlights) while experiencing Dazzling Nights® for way finding, if needed. If you have any concerns or need assistance at any time, please speak to a nearby staff person.
